When Mel Huang stepped off the plane at Tallinn's airport he felt like he was returning home. Anyone who has seen Tallinn's airport knows that a person has to really love Tallinn to say that about the airport. Huang certainly loves Estonia. Huang is not a newcomer to Estonia, nor to the Baltics. In fact this is his fourth time in the country and his second working period in Estonia. He describes this as his, "second tour of duty."
