Taking a risk after the company she was working for shut down, a mother who wears black leather pants and high heels opened a two needle tattoo shop. Rebecca Santana reports on how Tallinn's first tattoo studio is still going strong. Not too many daughters would recommend that their mom open up a tattoo shop, but that is exactly what Alla Pohilko's daughter recommended she do. Three years later, the business is booming.
