Representatives of Estonian and Russian entrepreneurs’ organizations concluded a co-operation contract in Moscow on April 15, reports Eesti Paevaleht. Estonian businesses hope to benefit from the agreement, in achieving, among other things, a reduction in railroad tariffs. The framework cooperation agreement was signed by Russian Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Association head Aleksandr Shokhin and Estonian Employers Confederation (ETK) head Enn Veskimagi. Such a cooperation agreement between Russian and Estonian business organizations hasn’t existed for years. Weight is added to it by the fact that the conclusion of the agreement was approved by the Russian president’s administration and by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
