TALLINN - Soap opera lovers need not turn on their TVs to catch the latest twists and turns in a dispute over television advertising. The latest move saw state-owned television and private broadcasters come to an agreement in what was threatening to become a war between private stations and the public service channel Eesti Televisioon or ETV.
