LAAR WARNS OF ECONOMIC DECLINE: Prime Minister Mart Laar warned that an upcoming International Monetary Fund report will contain criticism of Estonia's economy "for the first time since the restoration of independence." This, Laar says, may lead to a decrease in foreign investment and a general economic decline.
