ESTONIA TO DEAL WITH FINNISH PROPERTY ISSUES: Estonian Prime Minister Mart Siimann, who is spending his holidays in Finland, promised his Finnish counterpart Paavo Lipponen, that next week Estonia would form a government committee to solve property issues . Siimann told Lipponen that the Estonian government would form a committee to hold talks with Finland over the property issues of Finns in Estonia.
