Streets to be closed as blondes parade through Riga
Together with the "Latvian Blonde Association" applicationto hold a parade and various events, on May 31, from 7:30 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. 11. NovembraKrastmala from the Polish Gate to the Bishops Gate will be closed.
This is the first time the group of blondes have cometogether to organize an event. This unique event entitled GO BLONDE will helpraise money for charities to support children's safety, and playgrounds fordisabled children in Riga and throughout Latvia.
This year the parade organizers are planning on approximately2000 blondes to participate, along with their fans. Events of the day will endwith a "Princess Ball". Events also include sporting festivities, fashion shows,blonde golf tournament and a blonde ball.
