A KINDER, GENTLER PARLIAMENT: The Latvian parliament should ensure that deputies do not use offensive language, including obscenities, during debates, said Latvia's Way MP Kristiana Libane. Latvia's Way has nominated Libane to become its candidate for parliament speaker after the upcoming general elections.
