GINEITISKES – There may be more than 100 of them in neighboring Poland, but the small farm established near Vilnius in the Gineitiskes village is certainly a first for Lithuania. It's a ostrich farm. Already, children from Vilnius schools delight in coming to see the giant birds, as they preen themselves in a fenced-in area."The idea of creating such a farm occurred to me after I accidentally visited an ostrich farm in Poland.
