Ignalina still priority for EU

VILNIUS (BNS) - The fate of the Ignalina nuclear power plant will be the deciding factor in whether the European Union invites Lithuania to start membership negotiations this December, Foreign Minister Algirdas Saudargas said.The future of the power plant is currently being negotiated.
