RIGA - A Latvian court on Nov. 9 convicted 10 former soldiers for their role in resisting the fall of Soviet power.Riga Regional Court Judge Voldemars Zarins found the 10 men guilty of abuse of power and of attempting to overthrow the Latvian state.
