Estonian police bring charges against second suspect in Daiwa affair

TALLINN(BNS) - Estonia's central criminal police have brought formal charges against a second person involved in the Daiwa affair, former Hoiupank chief accountant Juta Maar.Maar was charged with falsifying, concealing and destroying bookkeeping data and misrepresenting facts, the daily Eesti Paevaleht reports.If convicted, she may be punished with a prison sentence of up to two years, a fine or a ban to work in certain positions.In mid-October, charges of misrepresentation of facts were brought against Aare Kilp, former CEO of the Hoiupank.
