ESTONIANS UNCOVER 800 EXPLOSIVE DEVICES: Estonian defense force pioneers found nearly 800 shells on the Island of Naissaar during a scanning operation over the past month. The unexploded shells were found from all over the island but the first 60 were uncovered when the pioneers were setting up camp, a defense forces spokesman said July 3. The pioneers' mission on the island, one of two guarding the entrance into Tallinn Bay, will last until July 25, because the pioneers want to complete cleaning the 18 square kilometer island this year.
