RIGA (BNS) - Latvia's Parliament will have the chance to vote on a sea border treaty between Latvia and Lithuania at the start of its autumn session, Prime Minister Andris Skele announced Aug. 2.The sea border treaty was inked July 9 after five years of negotiations. The treaty determines the sea border in territorial waters, the economic zone and the territorial shelf.The sea border between Latvia and Lithuania will be a broken line delimiting the economic zone and territorial waters.
