DIPLOMATIC INCIDENT: The Polish Embassy to Lithuania has rejected reports about an incident involving Polish diplomats and the Lithuanian media and police. On Nov. 12, Vilnius traffic police pulled up a speeding car driven by the Polish ambassador to Latvia, Jaroslaw Bratkiewicz.
