Estonia's WTO dealers pack up for Seattle

TALLINN – For Estonia, membership into the World Trade Organization could not have come at a better time. Accession into the trade body on Nov. 13, not only confirmed Estonia's reputation as a nation committed to liberal economic policies, but it also secured Estonia's seat at the negotiating table in Seattle. Foreign Minister Toomas Ilves is heading the Estonian delegation attending the upcoming Ministerial conference in Seattle.
