Lithuanian convict Butkevicius ready to rule

VILNIUS – Member of Parliament Andrius Butkevicius may be in prison on a large-scale fraud conviction, but that doesn't mean he won't be able to participate in the goings on of the Lithuanian Parliament.Butkevicius, who was sentenced to five and a half years behind bars, managed to barely beat an impeachment vote that would have stripped him of his place in Parliament in June.Now, the MP is hoping to keep up his parliamentary duties by participating in debates and votes.Butkevicius is asking Parliament to let him attend sessions and continue to have a voice in the country's legislative body...
