ESTONIAN CUTS HIS WAY TO JAIL IN LITHUANIA: Lithuanian prosecutors have issued a warrant for the detention of an Estonian citizen who attempted to cross the Lithuanian border illegally by cutting off the border fence alarm wiring with a carpenter's file.
