TALLINN (BNS) - The Estonian motor vehicles registry has launched in November new software which gives the police, the border guard, the customs and traffic insurance immediate access to the motor vehicles registry database.Motor vehicles register deputy director Teo Saimre said that the more than 140 computers of the motor vehicle registry centre and its 17 offices will be linked up into a computer system, making it possible for users to access the registry's files in real time."If earlier on, the traffic police had to call the main motor vehicles registry centre to get information conerni...
