Russian Baltic Fleet's officer met Swedish agents in Vilnius

MOSCOW-KALININGRAD (BNS) - A retired naval officer of the Russian Baltic Fleet who was jailed for five years for passing secrets to Swedish intelligence used to meet agents of Sweden's secret services in the Lithuanian capital of Vilnius.A Moscow-based daily, Nezavisimaya Gazeta, reported on Nov. 25 that the former captain of 3rd rank, Sergei Velichko, met Swedish intelligence agents on two occasions in Vilnius in February of 1999.
