RIGA - The Museum of the Occupation of Latvia went house-hunting Dec. 7, and at the top of the list were the former headquarters of the KGB and the abandoned home of Red Army intelligence.In February, the Riga City Council resolved to renew the large plaza by the Daugava River known until very recently as Riflemen Square in honor of the Soviet Red Riflemen, and restored by the council to its pre-Soviet name of Town Hall Square.
