U.N. report shows Estonia's economic reforms ahead, social reforms lagging

TALLINN – Social reforms have taken a back seat to the rapid economic and political reforms of the past eight years that have drawn international attention to Estonia, a new report says."The rapid and successful reform record of Estonia is well known to most readers.
