RIGA - Latvian National Opera announced Sept. 9 it will continue to sell tickets for the fall season but warned that a lingering debt of 1.8 million lats ($3.1 million) means the curtain could come down at any time.Two days earlier, the opera announced that its accounts were frozen. Ticket sales for the fall season, which begins Sept. 17, and salaries for the company's nearly 600 employees were both put on hold.
