Lithuanian sex lines will be disconnected

VILNIUS - The nascent phone-sex industry in Lithu-ania received a serious blow when Lietuvos Telekomas announced last week that it was putting an end to its 900 service. The phone company has said that the primary reason for the cessation of the 900 service was rampant use of sex lines, games and introductions services.Becoming ubiquitous on an international scale, 900 numbers are known for their expensive by-the-minute charges and disreputable applications.
