RIGA - The Parliament voted July 16 to give People's Party leader Andris Skele a third shot at steering Latvia's ship of state.Sixty of the Parliament's 100 deputies voted to support a three-party coalition that comprises the People's Party, late of the opposition, right wingers For Fatherland and Freedom/LNNK and the center-right Latvia's Way.
