VILNIUS - Finance Minister Jonas Lionginas issued a decree Sept. 16 that officially ends Stasys Stazys' stint as head of Lithuania's customs department as of Oct. 1.Stazys took the job at the end of last year. His dismissal was described by the ministry as a "mutual decision."
