Lithuanians abroad saluted in Vilnius

VILNIUS - The importance of the role of more than 1 million Lithuanians living abroad was widely accented last week. There were celebrations on the highest state level of the 50th anniversary of the Lithuanian charter which became a moral constitution for all around the world.The charter was written by the Main Liberation Committee of Lithuania in Germany in 1949.
