RIGA - Latvian bank Pirma Latvijas Komercbanka rose out of the rehabilitation of fallen Rigas Komercbanka Oct. 26 and opened its doors while bank heads scrambled for new investors. The next on the docket after opening day is mailing about 50 letters to potential money sources in northern European countries secure a strategic investor. "The opening day went well," PirmaBanka President Hakan Kallaker said. "We had no problems with our clients, with our computers.
