Visaginas group pushes for Russian language

VISAGINAS (BNS) - The Lithuanian People's Alliance has proposed that Russian be granted the status of local language in the eastern city of Visaginas to improve the psychological well-being of the local Russian community.Visaginas is mainly populated by the staff of the Ignalina nuclear power plant.
