VILNIUS (BNS) - Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma met the chairman of the 13th Belarusian Supreme Soviet, Semyon Sharetsky, in Kiev Oct. 16.Sharetsky had arrived from Vilnius, where he has been staying for nearly three months for fear of persecution in his home country.
