Ilves criticizes United Nations

TALLINN (BNS) - The United Nations is in need of radical reform if it wants to keep pace with a changing international climate, says Estonian Foreign Minister Toomas Ilves.Speaking at a meeting of Nordic and Baltic foreign ministers in Iceland, Ilves lamented what he perceives as the steadily declining role of the United Nations since the end of the Cold War.
