VILNIUS - As they have everywhere else in Lithuania, hard financial times have hit the national radio and television broadcaster, LRT. No, the Russian crisis isn't to blame this time, at least directly. The culprit is a massive debt to the radio and television transmission center, that's both causing and caused by management changes, rampant inefficiency, low advertising revenues and low morale.
