TALLINN (BNS) - Between January and July, the Estonian police registered 663 cases in which foreigners fell victim to crime.Foreigners mainly suffered from crimes against property which constituted 613 cases of the 663, including 71 cases of theft and 130 of public theft, such as pickpocketing, bag-snatching and mugging. In 11 cases foreigners fell victim to murder or attempted murder.In all, the number of crimes registered in Estonia in the first half of 1999 was 23,795.
