Authorities order Russian activist to leave

TALLINN (BNS) - The Estonian Citizenship and Migration Department has ordered Oleg Morozov, a leader of the Tallinn Russian Citizens' Union, to leave the country.Under the order, Morozov, a Russian citizen who has refused to apply for a residency permit, must leave the country by Jan. 20, 2000."At the same time, Mo-rozov was informed that he will have up to that time to legalize his stay in Estonia," a migration spokesperson said.This means that Morozov will have to file an application for a residence permit in Estonia.Morozov will be placed under administrative surveillance for the period....
