STOCKHOLM (BNS) - Estonia's Prime Minister Mart Laar told the Swedish Foreign Relations Institute that Europe has much to gain from Estonia's wisdom when it comes to innovative economic ideas.Speaking at a seminar Aug. 27, Laar said, "I've often thought about what Estonia has to offer Europe. We should not sit down empty-handed at the common table.
