Estonian state TV in the spotlight again

TALLINN - The spotlight this week continued to shine on the soap opera behind the scenes at Estonian public television. The camera first turned to Estonian television, or ETV, when eight of its board members tendered their resignations, claiming they could no longer control the activities of their director general, Toomas Lepp. The board accused Lepp of signing contracts that were not beneficial to ETV and, in some cases, illegal.
