During the past few years I have had a chance to live in numerous European countries, and visit even more of them. Ireland, Scotland, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, France — you name it. Yet, despite my experience being different in each of those and many other countries, there is one thing which remained the same wherever I would go. Now, however, as I am living in Saint Petersburg, the Russian Federation, I could not help but wonder whether it would be any different.
