VILNIUS - Five Vilnius-Frankfurt flights were cancelled on Friday after Lufthansa cabin crew launched strike action.
"As Lufthansa crew members have declared a strike, the majority of flights have naturally been cancelled. Specifically regarding Lithuania, all of today's flights by the airline between Vilnius and Frankfurt have been called off," Martynas Jaugelavicius, a spokesperson for Lithuanian Airports, said.
The Vilnius Airport flight schedule showed planned departures to Frankfurt at 1:25 p.m. and 7:05 p.m., with arrivals from Frankfurt scheduled for 12:40 p.m., 7:15 p.m. and 11:35 p.m.
