The Foreign Ministry should focus on securing the EU funds for Latvia, unfreezing diplomatic relations with Russia and facilitating exports, says Latvian leftist MEP Andrejs Mamikins. In a statement released by his office, Mamikins said the annual foreign policy debate in the Latvian parliament on January 25 had left him disappointed.
