Foreign ministers of Baltic states and Poland to visit Mariupol

RIGA - On January 15, Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics together with his counterparts from Estonia, Lithuania, and Poland will visit the city of Mariupol in Ukraine to pledge their support for Ukraine and the region of Mariupol over Russia’s aggression in the east of Ukraine and imposition of a blockade on the Kerch Strait and the Sea of Azov, LETA learned from the Foreign Ministry.

As part of the visit, the Foreign Minister is to meet with senior members of the Mariupol regional and municipal administrations, as well as representatives from the Mariupol Port and the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine.
