RIGA – Next week, the European Parliament Committee on Budgetary Control will visit Latvia, the European Parliament information bureau in Latvia reported.
During the visit on April 3-6, the delegation will meet to discuss several EU funds projects. The visit to Latvia will take place on April 3-4.
On April 3, the delegation will get acquainted with the construction project at Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital, the railway electrification project, and meet with Chief Auditor Elita Krumina and Saeima European affairs committee members.
On April 4, the European Parliament delegation will visit Development Finance Institution Altum, the Riga Technical School of Tourism and Creative Industry, pharmaceutical company Olainfarm, and food producer Kronis.
The meetings will be attended by officials of Latvian responsible institutions.
On April 4-6, the committee members will visit Lithuania.
