Estonian PM to meet with European Commission president

TALLINN – Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas is to meet on Tuesday with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, who is visiting European capital cities as part of the Commission granting its approvals to EU member states' national plans for using funds from the EU's Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF).

Von der Leyen is to visit Estonia to deliver the Commission's assessment of Estonia's recovery plan.

Topics to be discussed at the meeting include economic recovery, digital development of Europe and the security situation in the region.

Kallas and von der Leyen will give a joint press conference. The European Commission president will also get acquainted with Ulemiste City and Estonia's digital solutions.
