VILNIUS - Belarus on Tuesday launched electricity production at its Astravyets nuclear power plant (NPP), Lithuania's power transmission system operator Litgrid informed.
The launch of the Astravyets NPP prompted Lithuania to set the capacity for commercial electricity flow from Belarus to zero, Litgrid said.
