We have always heard about “triple accreditation” or “dual diploma” etc. But now, for the first time, we see three universities offering this European Diploma together. Therefore, we decided to ask the person who created this program, Prof.Habib Al Souleiman, to learn more about it.

Q: Can you please tell us the name of the universities?

When we decided to create this program, we had to find top partners in different locations in Europe, in order to cover all of Europe. Therefore, this program is joined between

Western Europe: ABMS Open University – Switzerland Central Europe: University of Dąbrowa Górnicza (WSB) - Poland Eastern Europe: Taras Shevchenko National University – Ukraine

Q: Can you please explain more about each university?

University of Dąbrowa Górnicza (WSB) – Poland is a State recognized university in EU Countries. It is one of the best universities in Poland. Around 8,000 students are enrolled at Dąbrowa Górnicza.

Taras Shevchenko National University– Ukraine, is a public university established 200 years ago and ranked among 430 in the world. It is the best university in Ukraine. Around 25,000 students are studying at Taras Shevchenko National University.

ABMS Open University of Switzerland is a Premier Accredited University according to the Accreditation Service for International Colleges & Universities (ASIC), and accredited by the European Council for Business Education.  Around 1,500 students are studying at ABMS.

Q: What is the difference between triple accreditation and triple diploma?

Triple accreditation is a marketing term or phrase created by some universities to attract more students, however, all triple accreditation bodies are not recognized by ENQA in Europe or CHEA in the USA or the Ministry of Education. I actually don’t know the value of a business school with triple accreditation. Therefore, we wanted to offer students a real triple service, and we believe the joint triple diploma from three European universities is much higher and will be more accepted all over the world.

Q:How long is the duration for this study program?

We follow the Bologna process which says:

Bachelor’s: 3-4 years Master’s: 1-3 year Doctorate: around 3-4 years
