  • 2026-06-18

Tallinn Fringe celebrates its 10th edition with the launch of the first wave of the 2026 programme at 12:00 on Thursday 18 June.

The Tallinn Fringe Festival reaches a major milestone in 2026 as it celebrates its 10th year, marking a decade of artistic discovery, creative risk-taking and live performance across the city.

At exactly 12:00 on Thursday 18 June, audiences will get their first look at the Tallinn Fringe 2026 programme, with tickets going on sale for the first wave of shows. Festival-goers are encouraged to explore the programme, discover new artists and secure tickets early, including a limited number of discounted tickets available for most performances.

Known for its open-access approach and eclectic mix of performances, Tallinn Fringe brings together local and international artists across a wide range of genres. This year's first programme release includes comedy, theatre, music, dance, circus, cabaret, burlesque, improv, spoken word, family-friendly entertainment and genre-defying performances taking place in venues across Tallinn.

From intimate indoor performances to accessible outdoor events, the festival transforms the city into a celebration of creativity, offering audiences the chance to experience something unexpected all around the capital.

One of the highlights of this year's programme is a series of outdoor performances in Tallinn Town Hall Square, featuring circus acts, sword swallowing and dance performances. These free public events are supported by Culture Ireland and the Irish Embassy in Estonia, bringing international street performance traditions to the heart of Tallinn's Old Town.

The programme released on 18 June is just the beginning. New shows will be added every Monday throughout the summer, giving audiences more opportunities to discover performances and plan their Fringe experience.

"One of the joys of a Fringe festival is finding something you never knew you were looking for," says Tallinn Fringe organiser Dan Renwick. "As we celebrate our 10th edition, we're inviting audiences to dive into the programme, take a chance on something new and join us in celebrating ten years of Fringe in Estonia."
