Prime Prometics continues to double revenue, surpassing €101 million, and strengthens its leading position in the global pro-age beauty segment

Prime Prometics, Latvia's leading cosmetics company and a global leader in the pro-age beauty segment, continued its rapid growth in 2025, surpassing €101 million in annual revenue for the first time in the company’s history. Consolidated revenue more than doubled compared to the previous year, while profit before corporate income tax reached nearly €15 million, an increase of more than 170% year-over-year.

“Reaching €100 million in revenue was my dream when I started this company, and we have managed to achieve this goal in just five years,” says Kaspars Eglītis, founder and CEO of Prime Prometics. He adds that alongside financial growth, the company continues to invest heavily in its team – Prime Prometics now employs around 50 professionals. “Over the past few years, we have intentionally invested in our team’s professional development and an environment where people feel valued. Our success would not be possible without such a strong team.”

Prime Prometics is a pro-age ecommerce beauty brand that develops makeup and skincare products specifically formulated for women over 50. The company also promotes the pro-age movement within the beauty industry. Across the sector, there is a growing shift away from artificial beauty standards and anti-aging narratives toward an approach that celebrates natural beauty, individuality, and self-confidence at every age.

Eglītis notes that currently, one of the company’s biggest challenges is integrating artificial intelligence into everyday operations: “Both beauty and marketing industries are rapidly being transformed by AI solutions, and our team must be able to use them according to the highest industry standards. That means we must maintain a culture of continuous learning and experimentation. The ability to quickly adapt to change and thoughtfully integrate AI tools will become one of the key competitive advantages as we continue to grow.”

2025 also marked significant milestones in Prime Prometics operations. The company continued to accelerate product and operational development by launching over 40 new products across multiple categories. It also expanded and strengthened its global manufacturing and supply chain network through partnerships with new world-class cosmetics manufacturers in the United States, Mexico, the Czech Republic, Germany, and China. As a result, the company substantially improved operational flexibility, reduced supply chain risks, and shortened product delivery times. 

As it continues expanding globally, Prime Prometics plans to further invest in product development and strengthen its international manufacturing partner network in 2026. The company emphasizes that its next growth stage will focus not only on scaling the business but also on building an even stronger global pro-age community. Strengthening company culture and team unity will remain among the company’s core priorities. Following previous team trips to Spain, Austria, and Dubai, Prime Prometics is already planning its next company-wide retreat to Italy.

The company emphasizes that one of its long-term priorities will remain not only building a global beauty brand, but also providing meaningful and lasting support to women at different stages of their lives through Prime Prometics Giving Initiatives. Originally, Prime Prometics created its products with a focus on women who were affected by breast cancer and had lost their hair and eyelashes due to harsh medical treatments. The company remains actively committed to supporting the breast cancer community in the future. In 2026, Prime Prometics plans to participate in support programs and charitable initiatives, collaborating with hospitals and non-profit organizations across the US, Australia, Canada, and Latvia.
