PM: Estonia must put wellbeing, rights of its own people in 1st place

Commenting on the issues related to the Estonian citizenship of ethnic Estonians living in Abkhazia, Prime Minister Juri Ratas said that the Estonian state must always put the wellbeing and rights of its own people first. Never must innocent people be allowed to suffer as a result of mistakes made by the country or contradicting interpretations, Ratas said on Facebook.
