Environment minister denied access to state secrets

Latvia's intelligence services have denied environment minister Romans Naudins access to state secrets, LETA reports.
The Constitutional Protection Bureau say the decision was made after facts were established that raise doubt about Naudins ability to not divulge classified information.
It's understood Naudins will appeal the situation and may turn to the European Court of Human Rights if the If the prosecutor general also decides to turn down his claim,
