Estonia transit industry in decline
Transit has never been a goldmine in terms of business for Estonian society as a whole; it comprises only a small fraction, said Finance Minister Jurgen Ligi, reports Aripaev Online.
The finance minister, who answered questions from parliament members on Wednesday, March 19, said that transit volumes have fallen in Estonia not as the result of activities by the local government, but primarily during the Putin government, and this is Russia's strategic attitude towards Estonia.
