Metalworkers turn to retraining courses
LIEPAJA - Nearly half, or 42 percent of workers laid off by Liepajas metalurgs have no qualifications, only work experience, State Employment Agency Liepaja branch head Dace Baumane said in an interview on Rietumu Radio on Dec. 16, reports LETA.
